1. Valid identification must be presented by all the members at the reception.

2. 75% down payment is required to reserve your bookings.

3. 25% remaining balance should be paid on the day of reservation.

4. Food order payments should be done 2 days prior to the booking date.

5. Number of guests should be mentioned clearly in advance. Extra person will be charged.

6. Check in: 3:00 PM and Check out: 11:00 AM.

7. Do not leave minors without adult’s supervision in the Resort.

8. Take a shower before entering the pool. Littering is not permitted in the pool. Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents and injuries.

9. The Resort will not in any way be responsible for the loss of guest belongings. Please lock your rooms and cars at all times.

10. Any damage caused to the resort property will be charged to the customer.

11. Hazardous materials such as gas cylinders, fuel, fireworks, fire arms etc are strictly prohibited in the Resort premises.

12. Smoking inside the room is prohibited.

13. Trash such as plastic or glass bottles, cans, packaging materials, papers, etc... Have to be discarded in trash bins.

14. Members and or/ Guests shall not verbally abuse or harass our Management or Staff or shall not intentionally damage or remove property that belongs to the Resort.

15. The Resort is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during your stay on the said premises.

16. Quiet time starts from 11:00 pm.

17. In case of cancellation we can make an agreement of rescheduling to available dates.

18. Food will be charged extra for drivers and maids. Each and every person will be accounted and will be charged accordingly.
